Qualified Instructors
フロリダ州法第741条に基づき、講師が以下のいずれかである場合、婚前準備コースを教える資格を有します。
- A psychologist licensed under Chapter 490;
- A clinical social worker licensed under Chapter 491;
- A marriage and family therapist licensed under Chapter 491;
- A mental health counselor licensed under Chapter 491;
- A official representative of a religious institution which is recognized under
s.A approved in the Chapter 490; Notification in the Chapter 490; A clinical social worker licensed under Chapter 491; - A school counselor certified to offer premarital preparation courses

The premarital preparation course may include instruction regarding:

Evaluations

Reports
毎年11月1日までに、各プログラムは以下の情報を含む報告書を裁判所に提出しなければならない。
- その年に出席した参加者の数、
- その年のプログラムへの改善点、
- 新しい資料や教材のコピー、
- コミュニティのニーズに対するプログラムの適応性を高めるその他の変更、
- 前年の評価概要、など。
