Discipline Terminology
Accusation:
Accusation is a legal document formally charged the registered nurse with a violation(s) of the Nursing Practice Act, and notifying a disciplinary action is pending against that the nurse.また、懲戒処分は、看護業務法の違反で正看護師を正式に告訴し、公衆に知らせることである。
Convicted of a crime substantially related to the qualifications, functions, and duties of an RN:
横領、児童虐待、配偶者虐待、暴行、患者やクライアントからの窃盗、虐待の不報告などの犯罪に適用されることがある。 このリストは例示であり、理事会がRNのライセンスを懲戒する可能性のある行為のすべてを網羅するものではありません。
不履行決定：
告発が送達された後に防御通知を提供しなかった、または行政ヒアリングに出席しなかったRNの不履行に基づく決定を指します。 すべての告発は真実とみなされ、不履行決定は通常、RNの免許の取り消しとなる。
Effective (date):
Disciplinary action goes into operation.
Gross Negotigence:
RNs for practice standardから極端に逸脱した行為を指す。
Incompetence:
RNとしての専門的義務を遂行する上での知識または技能の欠如をいう。
Interim Suspension Order:
告発に先立ち、行政法判事により疑惑の重大性から免許が停止され、免許取得者の診療および看護提供への適合性の最終判断が出るまでの間、免許を停止すること。
License Denied:
The Board denied an initial license application.
Order to Issue Conditional License:
The Board gives an initial license application.The Boardは最初のライセンス申請を許可した。
PC 23:
Under California Penal Code Section 23, during a criminal proceeding, a judge may order that a licensee from practice registered nurse, or restricted in how he or she may practice registered nursations Filed:
Board is filing charges to revoke a licensee’s probation for violating terms and conditions of his or her probation.
Probation:
Allows the licensee to practice as certain restrictions under the set periods of time.
Proposed Decision:
行政法判事により行政ヒアリングを通して出される決定書のことで、ライセンシーが保護観察期間を経て正看護婦としての業務を行うことを認める。 決定案は、発効前に理事会メンバーの過半数によって採択されなければならない。
Public Reproval/Reprimand:
Board is issued the letter of reproval/reprimand for a minor violation the Nursing Practice Act, with no restrictions on the license.No.
Revocation stayed, Probation:
理事会はRNライセンスを取り消し、取り消しを一時的に保留し、保護観察の条件の下、制限付きライセンスでRNとして練習することを許可しました。
Revocation Stayed, Suspension, Probation:
The Board revokes a license. しかし、その取り消しは、保護観察が正常に完了するまで、「停止」または一時的に据え置かれます。
Revoked/Surrender License:

Statement of Issues:

Stayed:
Board has temporarily aside an order that the understanding that the licensee fails to fulfill certain conditions or if the licensee once again violate the Nursing Practices Act.
Stipulated Agreement:
A licensee facing disciplinary action by the Board may negotiate a settlement or “stipulated agreement”（理事会による処分を受けることになった者は、和解または「規定合意」について交渉できる）。 規定合意は、民事訴訟における裁判外の和解に類似している。
Supplemental/Amended Accusation Filed:
Additional information or amendments have been made to a previously filed accusation.
Suspension:
The Board has ordered the licensee not to practice as a registered nurse for a set or indefinite period of time.All the Board must vote to approve all stipulated agreements.

Voluntary Surrender:
